##### Dental secretary

###### Your responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments according to priority reminder lists;
- Ensure a full appointment schedule through proactive reminders;
- Answer incoming calls and accompany patients according to their needs (information, appointment changes, etc.);
- Perform billing and insurance management as required;
- Participate in administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the clinic;
- Provide courteous and distinctive service;
- Perform any other related tasks.

##### Dental assistant (chairside or sterilization)

###### Your responsibilities

- Assist the dentist at the chair for various treatments.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments.
- Perform laboratory work (study models, bleaching trays).
- Prepare and tidy rooms before and after treatments.
- Participate in other related tasks to support the team.
